CHIP-13 is now a Draft. It will disallow plots from passing the plot filter for more than one out of any four consecutive signage points.
This CHIP is somewhat related to CHIP-12 in that it will reduce the cost effectiveness of plot grinding. It requires a soft fork of Chia’s blockchain.
